Refund and Returns Policy

Digital products

Digital products are non-refundable. Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of downloads are final. Please read the description and look at the preview images before you buy.

That said — we would rather fix a problem than keep money from someone who is unhappy. If the file will not download, arrives damaged, is not what the page described, or contains an error, write to us and we will make it right, refund included.

Physical products

Where we offer printed products, they are made to order. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, send us a photograph within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. We do not accept returns simply because a print was not what you expected on the wall, since each one is made for you.

How to ask

Email hello@theproverbs31store.com with your order number and what went wrong. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within five business days of approval.

Errors in our work

If you find a mistake in a verse, a reference or a quotation, tell us. We will correct it, reissue the file to everyone who owns it, and refund you if you would rather not keep it.
