We answer within two business days, usually sooner.
Trouble with a download?
Include the email address you ordered with. Download links do not expire quickly and can be re-sent — a failed delivery is our problem to fix, not yours to live with.
Found an error?
This matters more to us than almost anything else. If a verse, a reference or a quotation is wrong in something you bought, tell us. We will correct it, reissue the file to everyone who owns it, and tell you we did.
